WHAT WE COLLECT
When you create a contract, we store the information you provide: your name, job title, company name, milestones, compensation, and your signature. If you provide an email address, we store that too. We also store your witness's name and email if provided.
HOW WE USE IT
Your contract data is used to generate and display your contract. Email addresses are used only to send contract-related notifications: signing confirmation, milestone reminders, and completion or termination notices. We don't send marketing emails. We don't sell your data.
AI GENERATION
Your interview responses are sent to an AI model to generate your contract text. This data is not stored by the AI provider beyond the request.
PUBLIC CONTRACTS
Signed contracts are publicly viewable at their unique URL. The public view redacts sensitive details. Your contract link can be shared, but contracts are not listed or discoverable by search engines unless you share them.
COOKIES & TRACKING
We don't use cookies. We use privacy-focused analytics (Usermaven) to understand how people use the site. No personal data is collected or shared with third parties.
